These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kinvora website and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Kinvora products are consumer medication-organising appliances, not medical devices, and no medical or health claims are made about them. Kinvora Guard organises and reminds — it does not verify that medication was swallowed and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or a caregiver’s supervision. Always follow the instructions in the included manual and have a caregiver load and confirm the schedule. Keep the device away from children, do not attempt to open the housing, and use only the supplied power adapter.
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable. If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full.

Kinvora Guard carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the motor, lock mechanism, LCD and body. The compartment tray is covered for the first 12 months. Warranty claims are handled by email at support@urangit.com and require your order number.
You agree not to misuse our site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by Kinvora or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinvora is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kinvora is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
