Kinvora Guard is a locking, automatic pill dispenser. It holds a full week of medication in 28 compartments, sounds an alarm at each scheduled dose time, and rotates the correct compartment into a shielded opening so only the dose that is due can be taken.
A caregiver fills the 28 compartments with the week's medication and sets up to four alarm times a day on the large LCD. Close and lock the lid and the Guard runs itself — no app, no pairing, no Wi-Fi.
It is designed for exactly that situation. The lock removes the temptation to take an extra dose, the alarm gives a single clear cue, and there is no app or menu to get lost in. It organises and reminds — it does not replace medical advice or a caregiver's supervision.
If the compartment is not opened, the alarm repeats and the light keeps flashing, and the carousel stays on that dose until it is taken. The next dose will not open early, so a missed dose can never stack on top of the next one.

The Guard runs on mains power with a battery backup. If the power cuts, it keeps time and keeps alarming on the batteries, so a dose is never lost to a tripped breaker or a moved plug.
